The mental game is one of the biggest parts of success on the lanes. This course is designed to give our athletes a fundamental base knowledge of the mental game while helping them improve their own. Upon completion of this course, the student will have a fundamental knowledge of:

COURSEWORK: All students will be required to read "The Inner Game of Tennis" and write a 4-5-page paper about the book, describing in detail, key fundamentals of the mental game described by the author. Students will also be required to describe learnings from the text and how they can apply it to their competitive bowling. The report must be formatted in the following manner: 4-5 pages in length not including cover sheet and Paper must be formatted in Chicago format.
