How to make progress with working through the loss

Problem:

You are facilitating a grief group and the group has been making progress with working through the loss. There are 9 people in the group a mix of men and women but there has been one group member Bobby who has not shared at all in the group. The other group members have been a bit agitated and feel that Bobby should leave the group if he is not going to be active and share. Bobby lost his mother, father and younger sister to COVID. Unfortunately, Bobby works as an EMT and gave COVID to his whole family. Bobby has been in a deep depression since last year and has struggled with his loss and the fact it was his fault. Definitely this is a challenge when the group wants Bobby removed from the group but the group does not know his story. As the group leader, how would you handle this situation?
