An effective organization balances the needs and interests of its stakeholders so that all groups of stakeholders are at least minimally satisfied (Jones, 2012). Competing goals and differential rewards often place the needs and interests of one group of stakeholders at odds with other groups of stakeholders. Compare and contrast how the Utilitarian, Moral Rights, and Justice models of ethics can help managers and employees behave in ways that balance the needs and interests of various stakeholder groups when ethical dilemmas arise. Based on your understanding of the three models of ethics, which appeals most to your sense of fairness and egalitarianism? Why?
