While no outside sources are required, yet all and any citations are to be presented as Chicago Style footnotes, and the additional formatting ought to be in accordance with the Chicago Manual of Style. There are two parameters:
1) Does this pertain to the philosophy of race? (hopefully, this one is obvious) and
2) Does the student adequately develop his/her thesis herein?
