Team building activities can be a great way to promote the behaviors we want as these activities will allow us to grow a little closer as human-beings. This generation entering the workforce is driven by the friends that work in their organizations and how well they all mesh together with their leaders. If there are issues with their leaders then not only do we run the risk of attrition with that one employee but most likely also with all of their friends as well - it becomes a domino effect. However, we also need to be mindful that sometimes these Team Building activities are not shared by everyone and most think they are a waste of time and as such they become resistant. Class, how do we deal with these types of employees
