How to create a system restorepoint in task scheduling


Introduction:

In this computer system architecture class we've learned how to schedule a task in Windows 7, and also how to create a system restorepoint in

Windows 7.

Objectives:

- Be familiar with task scheduling using the GUI in Windows 7.

- Be familiar with task scheduling using the AT command in Windows 7.

- Be familiar with system restore points in Windows 7.

Steps:

- Start Virtual Box made by Oracle.

- Start Windows 7 through Virtual Box.

- Follow the steps in Lab 5.5.1.7 answering all the questions.

- Follow all the steps in Lab 5.5.1.11 answering all the questions.

- Turn off Windows 7 through Virtual Box.

- End Virtual Box.

- Log off your PC.

Conclusion: This was a short and fun lab where we've learned how to schedule a task using either the GUI or the AT command in Windows 7. We've also learned how to create a system restore point and howit does affect the system files and the user's files.
