How to construct concept maps

Discussion: Plate Tectonics Concept Map

A concept map is a graphic way to show the relationships between ideas. The link below takes you to some videos to familiarize you with how concept maps work and how the software you'll be using works. You will need to download the software to your computer but it's very easy to download and the software is VERY easy to use. Concept maps are an excellent learning tool and you may find them useful going forward in your education even when they're not required.

The first video from the link above shows you where to download the required software. The rest of the videos are on how to construct concept maps and other topics.

Your concept map will need to include ALL of the following terms. A few of the terms may be used more than once and they are ALL in the book. Please see the provided example of a concept map for help on how this assignment should look. Everyone's map will look different (and I expect them to be), but connections should be similar.
