Population growth is an important component of our increased demand for energy, but how does it compare to our individual demand for energy consumption?
In California, energy efficiency initiatives have held per capita energy use relatively flat over the past decade or so, but population growth continues to increase overall demand. However, we live in a developed economy. How does the change in our per capita energy use in a developed economy compare to the growth in per capita energy use in a place like China or India?
