Response to the following problem:
In Presidential election years we are always "treated" to proposals to change the Internal Revenue Code ("IRC"). Each candidate, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, have proposed sweeping changes to the IRC. The proposals represent each candidate's vision of the purpose of the IRC (and of the government itself).
Summaries of each candidate's plan can be found online. Find a summary of each plan, review and compare them. Using what you have learned or discovered in this course, discuss one proposal from each candidate which you think will have a significant effect on taxpayers.
