• The steps for implementing the HCA system issue.
• How to apply them to the HCA in performing a systems analysis.
• How you would expect the Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals to be successfully communicated to the organization?
• What happens if the workers do not understand or accept them?
• Describe how the leaders will deal with this implementation problem?
