Problem:
Response must be in 500 words. I am a nonprofit. This is where my funding comes from. 20% fundraising. 60% from a government specific program. 20% from sliding scale fees for services we provide. My government specific funding of 60% is slated to be cut by 30% in the next fiscal cycle. How do I respond to this cut and what can I do structurally in my organization to respond?
