  2. Explain how these processes would be different from a computer crime that is being tried in criminal court.
  3. Suggest one problem with a civil trial process when dealing with computer crimes. The suggested problem can be directed toward the efficiency of the overall process, an ethical issue, or an issue directed at one of the accused or defending parties. Explain why this problem exists.
  4. Create a solution for your suggested problem with the civil trial process, and identify the responsible party that would be responsible for putting your suggestions into action. Also, describe any foreseen issues if your solution was put into action.
