More often than not, these contextual and cultural factors impact the design and implementation of performance management systems.
Using the Hofstede Centre. Select two countries from the list, and evaluate and compare their cultural differences.
Explain how these cultural differences will impact the design of a performance management system, and how you can adapt a proposed system to improve its chances of success. Propose at least two improvements that an organization would consider to raise an employee's acceptance of a performance management system in these countries.
