In your course learning material, you learned about how the union certification process is carried out. Union certification and decertification is a reality in today's world. However, with changing legislation, there remains areas for contention and resolution
Instructions:
Find a news article that discusses a union that either certified or decertified in a company within the last five years. Note the length of time, process followed and any issues that were contentious between labour and management. Summarize your findings.
