In this program, you have studied both theorists and theories that have been influential in the development of psychology. You have also had the opportunity to analyze research and principles for their impact and meaningfulness to you. Theories help to provide a framework for how we understand phenomenon that we observe, and research helps to support or refute aspects of theory and our perceptions.
Looking back on your studies, what theory or theories did you find most relevant or applicable to the real world? Provide examples of how the theory or theories have influenced your perceptions or understanding of what you observe. Next, discuss research that you have read during your studies that you found impactful. How has this research influenced your thinking on an aspect of human behavior or human behavior in general?
