Part A

Part B
Throughout the ID&T specialization, you will be incorporating instructional design models to create intervention strategies for bridging need gaps. There are numerous instructional system design models, and you will explore several models throughout the specialization courses. To begin the dialogue, this discussion asks that you reflect on your previous core coursework where the ADDIE model and the Dick and Carey model were introduced. Specifically, describe how you incorporated the 5 stages of the ADDIE model into a learning intervention. Be sure to do the following:
a) Identify each stage of the ADDIE model.
b) Include a purpose and description of the major activities you created for each phase.
c) Share your perspective of the value of the ADDIE model as an instructional design model.
d) Discuss where you see the difference between the ADDIE model, the HPT model, and the Dick and Carey model.
e) Provide your evaluation of the models you discussed above, judging their individual effectiveness.
