How the program runs

Problem

Your program begins with the servo motor arm all the way to one side and the LED off. The user will be greeted with an explanation of how the program runs. Once the user presses a button on the keyboard, the program will then begin monitoring the voltage of the capacitor. When the user presses the pushbutton, the capacitor will charge and when it reaches a 4V threshold, the servo motor arm will spin to the middle, the LED will light up, and the program will alert the user that the threshold voltage has been reached. When the voltage drops below the threshold, the motor spins back to its initial state and the LED turns off. The console window updates the capacitor voltage 8 times per second.
