Make an example policy brief for U.S. Affordable Care Act the ACA
A. Introduction
B. Attention- Who is your policy addressed to? Minister and Department?
C. Executive summary- Summarising Policy Report in 200 words
D. Background information/Rationale- background information that is useful for understanding why a policy response is needed. For example, policy needs highlighted by Marx. If you are arguing for a new policy to replace the current policy, this section should describe the existing policy.
E. In depth explanation on Policy Recommendations (preferably needed at least 4 or over)- This should succinctly describe the policy. When describing the policy you should include, what the policy is, who the key stakeholders are and what the policy aims to address.
There are three fundamental parts to the report:
1) An explanation on how the policy represents a good example of any of the studied topics such as Marxist policy, Public policy (fundamental of public policy and policy cycle), economic policy, welfare state, participation and consultation relate to our Representative Democracy and to the Direct Democracy
2) An analysis of the policy including how the policy could be improved through the concepts, ideas, or processes
