In this assignment students must choose one particular business firm; and identify and analyse the IS strategy and IT management structures of a that business firm.
The assignment should describe:
- The nature of the business
- The governance structures, processes, and policies it has in place
- The corporate officers and their roles as described in public documentation
- Whether the governance structures and policies reflect regulatory requirements
- How the organisation addresses and mitigates risk.
- Possible improvements/impacts of internal changes/external factors on the 2-3 year horizon.
The assignment should be approximately 3000 words.
