Problem
I. Find a scholarly article via the University of Maryland Global Campus Online Library (access the library from the Academic Support link at the top of the page) related to your selected management theory or theorist. Using the OneSearch box, check the "Scholarly journals only" option and enter the management theory and/or theorist's name in the search box. You may add additional search words to narrow your search. Do not use the articles from this week's readings as your article.
II. Then write two to three-paragraph summary of the article - what are the key points of the article. For one of the paragraphs, include how the management theory applies to your field of work or how you see it exemplified.
III. Post your summary with a generic title. Also include the year the article was published as part of your post. Do not include the article title, author, journal, or link as part of your initial post.
