Prepare a paper that summarizes how the juvenile justice system operates. Support your viewpoint with local data. Be sure to include the following:
•The original reason for the creation of a juvenile justice system,
•The changes in the juvenile justice system since its inception,
•The role of school resource officers,
•The impact of law enforcement interaction with juveniles, and
•The DARE program.
Support your evaluation with a minimum of five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
