Problem:
In the United States, I believe that we are a collection of multicultural individuals. While this is arguably one of the better societal 'Ethos' to have, I would say that the best goal would be a fully multicultural society. I believe that the main thing holding the country back from achieving this is due to the fact that many people feel like the very idea of multiculturalism would corrupt or invalidate the identity and values of the nation.
