Instructions: Write a short (500 words or fewer) memo to the board of trustees that describes why you believe the organization should triple its investment in training and development this year.
Requirements:
o Memo describes how the healthcare organization can use training and development to improve employee performance.
o Memo outlines the basic elements of training needs assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation for the organization.
o Memo provides fact based information by utilizing the textbook and a minimum of two outside sources to support the information presented in your memo.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
