Summarize the results from either Figure 1 or Figure 5 from the assigned reading in Module, "Read: Telomerase Modulates Wnt Signaling by Association with Target Gene Chromatin." Make sure you clearly state the figure (and parts) you are summarizing as you move through your discussion. Make sure the thread covers the following:
a) Indicate the question being addressed and why the authors thought that was a significant question.
b) Give the result(s) of the experiment and how the figure clearly demonstrates that outcome.
c) Note the positive and/or negative controls for the experiment.
