How the differences in sequences may have contributed

Problem: Promoters have different strengths that result in unequal rates of transcription. As you may now suspect, promoter strengths are determined by their genetic sequences

(a) Search literature for at least three different types of promoters having unequal strengths. Explain which types of organisms they are commonly found, nucleotide sequences, and the corresponding rates of transcription.

(b) Explain how the differences in sequences may have contributed to unequal strengths. Mention what parts of promoters will influence strength, and the nature of molecular interaction that may influence a given promoter's strength.
