He responded, "The only definition in this company is meeting the target profit margin in the contract." I then asked him, "Does our customer have the same definition of success?"
Discuss how the definition of project success has changed in recent years. In addition, discuss the challenges of differing definitions of project success between the sponsors and the project manager/team.
