Miller v. Alabama (2012) and Graham v. Florida (2010).
Directions: Choose a recent (within the past 10 years) US Supreme Court decision that is relevant to what we will discuss in this course (for example, search and seizure, or freedom of speech, or gun control).
You will identify the constitutional question(s) raised in the case, present both sides of the case and the Supreme Court’s decision, explain the Constitutional significance / how the decision changes American Law, and give your personal opinion on whether the case was correctly decided, and why or why not.
Your paper or presentation should contain at least 4 credible, scholarly sources, and should adhere to the Brandman’s plagiarism policy.
