Discussion: State Court Structure
Students are to research and present on only one state's (except NJ and New York) court structure. Students are to write a short summary of how the court systems are structured, the hierarchy, and functions of each division. Students may choose to upload a chart along with (NOT in lieu of) the report.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
