Do research to find a case in our area (at least Tennessee) of a medical provider who has been charged/sued for either malpractice and/or ethics violation. Include the important facts and how the case was disposed? Found guilty, innocent, settled? Was there punishment? Sanctions? Probation? License revoked/suspended? This should be interesting and we will share your case findings in class. Please be complete, include important details, if it appears that a follow up would have been completed, continue your research to find any updates or final disposition. Always cite your source on any research by attaching the web page link at the end of your summary.
