You should focus on how this applies to your hospital (and healthcare in general) and how it will help it gain a competitive advantage. Consider other current business situations and show how this might be applicable in any one case (pick some situation/company that is currently in the news, it doesn't have to be in healthcare) You will need this material for your project - phase 2 so focus on the material and how you can incorporate this framework into your project when you submit it.
