Write a three-page paper evaluating the Affordable Care Act as an example of federal health policy development, its ramifications on public health, and how the ACA does not fit into the traditional model of legislating. Your paper should include: a. How the ACA was formulated and the difficult legislative path taken for its eventual implementation. You should take into consideration the Supreme Court's ruling to finally put the ACA into effect.
b. The impact of moving the U.S. towards universal health coverage.
c. How the ACA is being implemented in each state. Are all states cooperating?
d. Do you agree with the ACA? What parts would you change and what parts would you keep? Why?
