After reading case study 12.2, page 447 from the attached text book answer the case study first four questions. Attached text book should be referenced primarily and all other resources can be referenced as secondarily.
i. Describe some of the resource constraints that Sunrise and its project managers are facing.
ii. Is Sunrise's current model of prioritizing resource assignments viable? Why or why not?
iii. How could technology alleviate some of Sunrise's resource management issues?
iv. Would Tyler's suggestion to hire additional technicians and purchase more equipment solve the resource problems at Sunrise? Why or why not?
