Discussion Post: Team-Building
Group and team cohesiveness play an integral role in how goals and objectives are achieved within healthcare organizations. One way to achieve such cohesiveness is through team-building activities. What are some examples of team-building activities that you may have participated in or just heard about? How successful were these activities in achieving team cohesiveness?
