How stress is bad for heart health

Problem: Here are my thoughts. Some thoughts I would want to give Alexa include: Her job being high stress is bad for her heart health, considering her family history. Paired with the fact she is not active, she is putting herself at a higher risk of heart disease. She can't change her family history or her predisposition to heart disease, so she needs to actively work on ways to prevent heart disease, such as being more active and/or working in a less stressful environment. If changing careers is not an option, she should focus on being physically active to maintain physical health, as well as work on mindfulness techniques like meditation, therapy, etc, to calm her stress. Finding time to reduce stress levels consistently, paired with physical activity, would be a great start at proactively bettering her health. My number one recommendation would be increased exercise as exercise alone has been proven to improve stress levels as well as physical health, so if nothing else, at the very least she should incorporate more physical activity into her life. Obviously she should incorporate as many healthy behaviors as possible, but if I had to chose one, that's where I would say to start. Need Assignment Help?
