"Facilitating innovation" represents an emerging collective behavior that is engineered/facilitated by a company's management (related to enhancing the performance of internal systems). Conduct some research on how some leading companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Intel have been facilitating innovation. Based on your findings and knowledge of "engineering ideal behaviors," devise and present 1-2 strategies that could facilitate the emergence of the collective behavior of innovation within a firm. Initially share your findings related to leading companies' strategies/approaches for facilitating innovation (i.e., how they engineer this behavior).
