How should the US. position the health care system (to change or not change, to modify or not modify) in order to compensate for a potential economic collapse while caring for patients with influenza, RSV, and COVID? Some options include, but are not limited to, mask mandates, lock downs, vaccines, pop-up clinics, or doing nothing at all, etc.
