Problem
A client admitted to a mental health unit tells the nurse, "I'm doing good when I'm in remission, but when my illness gets worse, I forget to take my pills, and then I start hearing voices. Sometimes they tell me to tear up my house or whichever place I happen to be to search for bugging devices. This is why I can't hold a job or pay my rent, so I wind up back here. What should I do?" How should the nurse respond to the client?
