Cedric Kushner Promotions, Ltd., a corporation that promotes boxing events, sued Don King, the president and sole shareholder of Don King Productions, a corporation that also promotes boxing events. The lawsuit against King claimed that King conducted boxing-related events in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
