Problem
Context: A stakeholder and community engagement plan allows you to identify what you will say to stakeholders and key community groups/partners, what level of input you would like from them, the channels you will use to undertake this engagement, how long it will take, and how much it will cost (staff time, resources, etc.). Plans can take many formats, from long to short, depending on the nature of the project.
This template has been designed to capture the most high-level information into a single page. When used in a "real world" public health scenario, it should be accompanied by more information and include a detailed communication, implementation, and evaluation plans.
In addition to filling out the below template, briefly respond to these three questions:
A. How might you advocate for this policy to ensure compromises are not made that have inequitable outcomes?
B. How should public health engage in this community debate in a way that empowers others, fosters collaboration and helps guide effective decision making?
C. What conflicts do you foresee and how might you mediate them?
