Review the following article that summarizes briefly current examples of organizations that have focused on improvinh how they set and implement organizational communication goals to improve company performance. After reviewing the article, select one company, for example National Busilding Supply Company, XPO Transport and Logistics, AOL, PayPal, Seymour House, Yahoo, or West Sussix County Council, and discuss the following with your classmates on DB 2:
1. Which organization you selected and why; what specifically they were focusing on for improvement; challenges and opportunities
2. How sense of urgency and level of importance will be measured from a performance results standpoint - give specific examples
3. Give examples of what will be said, how it should be written, what communication goals will be supported.
