How resume reflect accomplishments and achievements

Problem: What you think about this comment? I strongly believe that your race should not be displayed on your resume. Your resume should reflect your accomplishments and achievements. The basis of your work should be your resume, not your race. I also do not believe that your age should be included on your resume. It's possible for employers to believe that you are either under or over-qualified. Your age should not be the deciding factor when getting a job. Lastly, if someone has a disability, they should be able to choose whether or not to disclose it. Disability does not always affect your work performance. Therefore, I feel like the candidate wants to disclose that information. Otherwise, then they can. However, I do not think it should be mandatory. Lastly, I do not think a resume should include the salary one is looking for. It may exclude the individual from receiving great opportunities. I think job postings should always include the salary before or during the interview.?
