Problem
The distance university, as we have experienced it for the past two years, could be called "University 2.0". At Telfer, remote teaching and learning has primarily relied on Brightspace, Microsoft Teams and Zoom. While these systems provided quick and relatively efficient distancing of all Telfer courses and programs, they also showed some shortcomings for students. How could "Remote Telfer" be improved according to the vision of Web 2.0? Identify 2 or 3 elements. Be specific and give examples.
