"In regards to Enrons ethical case a corporation should establish a level of transparency in their operations. In a sense though, isn't that what they already left the public to perceive? Yes, information is supposed to be public, and through technical loopholes, what they did was legal. Even though it was unethical, much of their accounting manipulation was legal. While transparency is a justifiable requirement."
