Presentation
The goal of your final project presentation is to a)explain your final project and your findings, and b)to persuade the board (your classmates)to adopt your project. The presentation assignment consists of the following two parts that must be completed by the end of session E:
record a presentation of your final project;and
pitch your final project to the class.
Step 1:Record a presentation of your final project
Create a narrated presentation of your final project that is 8-10 minutes in length. Cover the details of your project, how your project improves the current business system, and how to transition to your project. Select a presentation software of your choice to create your narrated presentation. You must have audio and a visual aid in your presentation. I have attached some options that you may choose from, or you may use software that you are familiar with. Please save video files to YouTube, Dropbox, Google Drive, or another cloud storage space that allows you to share a link to your presentation with me.
Step 2: Pitch your final project to the class
You were able to secure a five minute meeting to pitch your project to an important executive board at your organization. Prepareyou pitch presentation of your project for Session E of class, where your classmates will act as the executive board. Your presentation must be five minutes or less and cannot use slides. Your presentation should highlight how your project could improve the current business system and persuade your audience to adopt your project.
To receive full credit for your presentation, you must present in class and submit your required narrated presentation files.
