Make sure you outline how you will leverage synergy and the passive-aggressive model in this charter as well. Also, include detail around how you would review and monitor for negative conflicts as the team progresses through the project.
Parameters: Each student submission should be 2-3 pages in length and include an overview of their charter approach, details to address all of the assignment requirements in the body, a feedback and monitoring process, and an outline for progress for the team.
