Assignment task: Develop a rewards proposal that incentivizes employee performance for Johnson & Johnson.  The rewarded performance will need to show clear alignment with a company's overall strategy and values. 

What is Johnson & Johnsons mission, vision, and values and  three things that make this company superior to competitors.  In other words, what gives this company a strategic competitive advantage?

1. Develop at least 3 organizational-level goals that align with the company's strategic competitive advantages.

2. Develop at least 3 team-level goals and explain how they align with the organizational-level goals.

3. Develop at least 3 individual-level goals and explain how they support team-level goals, as well as align with organization-level goals.

4. Provide an explanation of how performance towards goals will be objectively measured and incentivized (remember that performance needs to be based on behavior and results).

5. Provide a plan to roll out this new incentive program and how messaging should be crafted to generate buy-in from employees (remember that employees need to see clearly how their efforts will be rewarded).
