You are the Learning & Development Manager in a multinational corporation in the aerospace industry, and the VP of HR instructed you to build an online class for the manager development program about the impact of organizational culture on employee engagement and motivation. As part of this online class, the trainees will need to have some takeaway material they can download and review at any time. You decide that an infographic could be a useful way to explain this impact, and your VP of HR agrees.
Instructions
Prepare an infographic that:
i. Demonstrates benefits to the organization of high levels of employee engagement.
ii. Outlines a major theory of work motivation and how that impacts performance.
iii. Explains how organizational culture can support or inhibit high levels of motivation and engagement.
iv. Details the importance of person-organization fit.
v. Provides attribution for credible sources used in the infographic.
