• Explain how the organization or corporation approached its PR strategy.

• Discuss the pros and cons of the strategy, its effectiveness, and how the organization or corporation could have done a better job dealing with the crisis.

• Compare the PR crisis from the reading with the PR crisis you researched on your own.
