Teams are vitally important in business today. Growth in organizations relies primarily on the ability to utilize team members' collective skills to create innovative products and services. When serious conflict arises on a team, intervention is necessary.
Using the principles outlined in the article, discuss how one of the inter-team conflict resolution techniques has been used to eliminate disagreement on a team in your personal or professional experience. Describe the situation, the issue, and how the conflict was addressed. Based on the reading and your personal experience, express your opinion as to whether conflict can lead to productivity or only to negative outcomes.
