How much phase error can be accepted in a coherently

Suppose that a BPSK waveform is received with a phase error of θ, but nevertheless is demodulated by using a coherent demodulator. By how much is the signal-to-noise ratio reduced because of the phase error? If Eb/N0 = 10 dB, by how much will the bit error rate degrade due to a 10? phase error? How much phase error can be accepted in a coherently demodulated binary FSK before it is better to use a noncoherent demodulator?
